Booking Policies – Please Read Before Booking These policies are in place to keep everything running smoothly and to ensure a relaxed, enjoyable experience for everyone. Deposit • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total. • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. • Appointments may be released if the deposit is not received within 24 hours. Payment • Accepted payment methods include Zelle, card, or cash. • If paying in cash, please bring the exact amount, as change is not available. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Additional reschedules will require a new deposit. • No-call / no-shows will forfeit the deposit and require 50% of the service to rebook. • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will have the deposit held for up to 60 days. Lateness • Please plan ahead and arrive on time so you can enjoy your full service. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee may apply. • At 15 minutes or more, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited. • Late arrival will limit available time for designs. • Please allow extra time for parking, as parking delays will count as lateness. • Appointments may last up to 2 hours or more depending on the service and design selected. Existing Product • For best results, I work exclusively over my own sets. • A soak-off + new set is required for work done by another technician. • Acrylic removal is not offered. Health & Hygiene • Services cannot be performed if there are signs of infection, fungus, severe damage, or other nail health concerns. • In these cases, the appointment will be respectfully declined and the deposit forfeited. Confirmation • Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. • Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Guests • Extra guests, including children, require prior approval. • Without prior notice, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited. Waitlist • You’re welcome to join the waitlist by sharing your preferred dates and times. • Openings are offered in the order requests are received. Repairs • Complimentary repairs are available within 72 hours of your service. • After 72 hours, a small repair fee applies per nail. • Repairs are not offered after 2 weeks. 💖 Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.
