A non-refundable booking fee of £15 is required for all bookings, but will be deducted from the total treatment cost .
Booking fees(Deposits) are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. 

If you’re booking for two people, please contact us directly or make sure you have both booked for the same date and time with each of our therapists and just pop in the message section that you’re coming in together so we are aware in case of reschedule or cancellation. 

Voucher codes for Itison, gift vouchers codes, or membership numbers and expiry dates for loyalty cards should be included in the optional message section when booking online. 


The cancellation policy allows for one reschedule per appointment, with a 50% charge for 24 hours notice and no charge for 48 hours notice. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or don’t show up there is a full treatment cost charge.💜🩷

Today I had the most amazing treatment from Debbie! Honestly one of the best I have ever had, I will be booking back in for another treatment very soon! I had the Vitamin C Pamper Package finished off with an Indian Head Massage it was incredible! 

Just had the best ever massage from Debbie who I would absolutely recommend. Lovely surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere.  I will definitely book another treatment and may also treat members of my family.
