A non-refundable booking fee of £15 is required for all bookings, but will be deducted from the total treatment cost .
Booking fees(Deposits) are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. 

If you’re booking for two people, please contact us directly or make sure you have both booked for the same date and time with each of our therapists and just pop in the message section that you’re coming in together so we are aware in case of reschedule or cancellation. 

Voucher codes for Itison, gift vouchers codes, or membership numbers and expiry dates for loyalty cards should be included in the optional message section when booking online. 


The cancellation policy allows for one reschedule per appointment, with a 50% charge for 24 hours notice and no charge for 48 hours notice. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or don’t show up there is a full treatment cost charge.💜🩷

Had a deluxe pamper package at Serenity Spa, which included back massage, body scrub and a facial. It was great 😊 Therapist was very friendly and really responsive to my preferences about pressure during massage and helped to release a knot on my shoulder. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing experience!

Just had a very relaxing pamper package . Environment was warm and welcoming and I was put at ease straight away . Body scrub was lovely not too harsh and my skin felt smooth and clean afterwards . I received a full body pamper session and it lasted the full 90 minutes which is great as some massages I have had in the past have not lasted the full allocated time. The music was calm and relaxing i would not hesitate to recommend to my friends.

Jo does my gel nails every 3 weeks . Alot of work gets done on them to keep them looking good and healthy. I seem to be making my way through all of the gel colours😂. Wonder what colour next time! 💅

I’ve been going to Jo for a few years now for my nails and lashes, and I’m always over the moon with her fabulous work. She’s incredibly talented and consistent every time. 
I also had my first neuromuscular massage with Debbie, and it was amazing. She really worked on my neck and shoulders and left me feeling so much looser and more relaxed afterwards.
I can’t recommend these girls enough. The salon is always lovely and clean, and the staff are so friendly, which makes every visit so enjoyable

I have had many massages in the past from different Massage Therapist but was so impressed by how fantastic and thorough and perfect my massage experience was with Debbie. Her pressure and attention to detail on all parts of my stress areas on my body was just on point and I left feeling the massage session 100% better than I did when I had come in. I will definitely book her again as she really helped me and I would say it’s one of the best massages I have ever had of my life.
