Beautified by Jo & The Serenity Spa Ltd offers a wide range of beauty treatments and professional massage therapy services managed by experienced therapists. Each appointment requires a separate booking with accurate contact details. You can create an account to avoid filling in your details each time you book. Policy and Terms

Booking fee’s(Deposits) are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. If you’re booking for two people, please contact us directly or make sure you have both booked for the same date and time with each of our therapists and just pop in the message section that you’re coming in together so we are aware in case of reschedule or cancellation. Voucher codes for Itison, gift vouchers codes, or membership numbers and expiry dates for loyalty cards should be included in the optional message section when booking online. A non-refundable booking fee of £15 is required for all online bookings, which will be deducted from the total treatment cost. The cancellation policy allows for one reschedule per appointment, with a 50% charge for 24 hours notice and no charge for 48 hours notice. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or don’t show up there is a full treatment cost charge.
