📋 Required Before Booking All clients must complete a consent/intake form prior to appointment confirmation. Appointments are not confirmed until this form is submitted. We send text reminders 1 week and 24 hours before your appointment. Your spot is not confirmed until you complete the mandatory consent form. You are responsible for providing active, unblocked contact info. Missed messages do not exempt you from cancellation fees. 🚫Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client. ⏰🚫Late Cancellations: Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will cause you to forfeit your deposit. Please note: We do not accept cancellation or rescheduling requests via social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). ⏰Repeated Rescheduling Policy Clients are allowed up to 2 appointment reschedules per booking. After the second reschedule, the original deposit becomes non-transferable, and a new deposit will be required to book future appointments. ⏰Late Arrival Policy To ensure a quality service and respect the time of clients scheduled after you, we have the following late arrival policy: We respect your time and ask for the same in return. We offer a 10-minute grace period (please call us at 757-770-1337 if running behind). Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be treated as a no-show, and you will be charged the 100% no-show fee. Late accommodations are not guaranteed. No-Shows: Failing to arrive for your appointment without any prior notification will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
