✅ Communication & Confirmation Policy Our studio relies on automated text messages and emails to deliver essential information regarding your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, and a link to your mandatory digital consent form. It is the client's sole responsibility to provide a valid phone number and email address that can receive these communications. Please ensure that you have opted-in to receive messages from our booking system and that our number is not blocked. Failure to receive these important messages due to incorrect contact information or blocked numbers is not the responsibility of the studio. You are still accountable for your scheduled appointment time and all associated policies. 🚫Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client. ⏰🚫Late Cancellations: Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Shows: Failing to arrive for your appointment without any prior notification will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. ⏰Late Arrival Policy To ensure a quality service and respect the time of clients scheduled after you, we have the following late arrival policy: We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you are running late, please call us at 757-770-1337. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not have sufficient time to complete your service. In this case, your appointment will be treated as a no-show, and the 100% no-show fee will be charged. We will do our best to accommodate you if our schedule allows, but we cannot guarantee it.
