Booking & Cancellation Policy

A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. Cards will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or late arrival.

Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a $20 late cancellation fee.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service depending on availability. A $20 late fee will be charged in this case.

For appointments including nail art, inspiration photos must be sent at least 24 hours in advance to ensure enough preparation time.

Ava was great and very knowledgeable! I love my nails so much! She checked with me every step of the way to make sure the nails were to my liking, whether it be the length, shape or color! Perfect service and I definitely recommend to anyone who needs to get their nails done!

Ava is so great! She’s so sweet, nice, and funny. She asked my opinion on every step to make sure I liked what she was doing, and I really appreciated that. The nails she did on me are the best and most beautiful I’ve ever had. She really is the best!
