Booking & Cancellation Policy A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. Cards will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or late arrival. Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a $20 late cancellation fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service depending on availability. A $20 late fee will be charged in this case. For appointments including nail art, inspiration photos must be sent at least 24 hours in advance to ensure enough preparation time. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
