Booking & Payments • All bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system or by contacting us directly. • Payments for services must be made prior to or upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. • Prices for services are listed on the website and may be subject to change. Cancellations & Refunds • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring a cancellation fee. • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. • In the event of poor weather conditions (such as heavy rain or snow), we may reschedule the service at no additional charge. • If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 4. Liability • Auto Pro Glow Valeting takes every precaution to ensure that your vehicle is cared for and treated with respect. Service Limitations • While we make every effort to provide excellent results, some imperfections, such as deep scratches, stone chips, and paint defects, may not be fully correctable through valeting or polishing. • Our services may not restore vehicles that have significant paintwork damage, and some services (such as paint protection or ceramic coating) may require prior preparation of the vehicle. 7.
