Terms & Conditions for Auto Pro Glow Valeting

By accessing and using the services of Auto Pro Glow Valeting, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Auto Pro Glow Valeting offers various vehicle valeting and detailing services, including but not limited to interior and exterior cleaning, machine polishing, and paint protection. Detailed descriptions of each service are available on our website.

2. Booking & Payments
	•	All bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
	•	Payments for services must be made prior to or upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
	•	Prices for services are listed on the website and may be subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
	•	You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring a cancellation fee.
	•	Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
	•	In the event of poor weather conditions (such as heavy rain or snow), we may reschedule the service at no additional charge.
	•	If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Liability
	•	Auto Pro Glow Valeting takes every precaution to ensure that your vehicle is cared for and treated with respect. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or wear to your vehicle that may become more apparent during the cleaning process.
	•	We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items left in your vehicle during the service.

5. Customer Responsibilities
	•	Customers must provide access to their vehicles at the scheduled appointment time.
	•	It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is free from any hazardous or valuable items before the service is performed.
	•	If your vehicle is excessively dirty or in poor condition (e.g., excessive pet hair, severe staining), additional charges may apply for the extra time or products required to complete the service.

6. Service Limitations
	•	While we make every effort to provide excellent results, some imperfections, such as deep scratches, stone chips, and paint defects, may not be fully correctable through valeting or polishing.
	•	Our services may not restore vehicles that have significant paintwork damage, and some services (such as paint protection or ceramic coating) may require prior preparation of the vehicle.

7. Privacy Policy
	•	Your personal information is safe with us. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Absolutely amazing job on our busy family car which was overdue a deep clean inside and out.  Shane had the car all day to do a full valet including steam cleaning on the inside and wax and polish on the paint work.  Shane went the extra mile and totally  transformed our car.
