Appointment Policy Booking and Deposits All colour appointments require a £50 deposit to secure your booking. Please note that appointments will not be confirmed until this deposit has been received. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment on one occasion. After more than one transfer a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment and not rebook deposits are non refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 90% of the service fee. Skin Testing Requirements A patch test is mandatory and must be completed 24-48 hours prior to your first colour appointment. Please visit the salon at your convenience to complete this essential safety requirement. Payment Methods I accept the following payment methods: • Bank transfer • Cash payments on the day of service Please note that card payments and Apple Pay are no longer accepted.
