Appointment Policy Booking and Deposits All colour appointments require a £50 deposit to secure your booking. Please note that appointments will not be confirmed until this deposit has been received. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment on one occasion. After more than one transfer a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment and not rebook deposits are non refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 90% of the service fee. Skin Testing Requirements A patch test is mandatory and must be completed 48 hours prior to your first colour appointment. Please visit the salon at your convenience to complete this essential safety requirement. If you do not show for your skin test 48 hours before your appointment it will be cancelled as the service cannot safely be carried out. We are closed on a Sunday & Monday so if you have an appointment on a Tuesday or Wednesday you must come the previous Saturday at the latest.
