Appointment Policy
Booking and Deposits
All colour appointments require a £50 deposit to secure your booking. Please note that appointments will not be confirmed until this deposit has been received.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment on one occasion. After more than one transfer a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. 

If you choose to cancel your appointment and not rebook deposits are non refundable. 

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 90% of the service fee.

Skin Testing Requirements
A patch test is mandatory and must be completed 24-48 hours prior to your first colour appointment. Please visit the salon at your convenience to complete this essential safety requirement.

6-8 weeks for permanent colour, grey coverage, change in depth. Inclusive of cut & finish 

Signature Global Colour 

2-3 month refresh of root colour & gloss to alter tone / depth / refresh previously coloured hair. Inclusive of cut & finish. 

Signature Global Colour with Gloss 

1-2 times a year. Includes all foil work for maximum brightness, root tap if needed, glossing, bond builder. Inclusive of Cut & Finish. 

Absolute Blondes - Maximum Brightness. Full Head 

3-4 month option. Covers all the bits you see. 
Foil Work, Root Tap, glossing, bond builder. Inclusive of Cut & Finish. 

Absolute Blondes - Maintenance 

2-4 month covers hairline & parting. Foil work, Root Tap, glossing, bond builder. Inclusive of Cut & Finish. 

Absolute Blondes - Mini Maintenance 

1-2 times per year, full foil work, bespoke combination of dark and light to mimic natural depth dimension whilst adding brightness to balance, root melt, glossing, bond builder. Inclusive of a cut & finish. 

Lived In Hair - Full Head 

3-4 months. Covers all the bits you see with a combination of foil work to give the illusion of a full head, root melt, glossing, bond builder. Inclusive of a cut & finish. 

Lived In Hair - Maintenance 

2-4 months. Covers hairline & parting with light & dark. Root melt, glossing & bond builder. Inclusive of cut & finish

Lived In Hair - Mini Maintenance 

1-2 times a year. Freehand painted balayage to give a natural sun-kissed colour that allows for a seamless grow out. Glossing & bond builder. Inclusive of cut & finish. 
* Please note this is a softer, more natural finish and only gives 1-2 levels of lift. 

Freehand Balayage 

1-2 times a year (dependent on root colour and if grey coverage is required) Freehand painted balayage with soft sun-kissed lift with an added root to darken root area of cover grey. Glossing, bond builder and inclusive of a cut & finish. 

* Please note this is a more natural sun-kissed finish to allow for a seamless grow out.
