Policy and Terms
By booking, you have read all the terms and conditions and abide by them Extra Guests No additional guests are permitted at appointments. This policy helps maintain a calm, safe, and focused environment for all clients. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Booking Please review the inspiration photos you have in mind and be sure to select the appropriate add‑ons available on my booking site for accurate pricing. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to send us a text or DM. Reminder messages will be sent out the day before and the day of your appointment. Location We are located in Oviedo Fl, 8 Mins off UCF Campus The Location will be sent to you the Day Before The Apppintment through DM Squeeze -Ins a $15 fee will apply for Squeeze Ins (This does not apply to “wait list”) $30 fee for outside business hours Arriving Late Please arrive at your appointment on time. After 15 mins of being late, your appointment will be CANCELLED and you will be marked as “No show”. If you are a “no show,” you will be charged 50% of the service cost and permanently banned Grace Period We offer a 5‑minute grace period. As long as you communicate with us through text, call, or Instagram DM, there shouldn’t be any issues. However, if you arrive 10 minutes late, an additional $10 late fee will be charged. Early Arrival Please refrain from arriving more than 10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment. As a full‑time university student operating a home‑based business independently, I may be finishing with the client before you or returning from class. While I appreciate your commitment to punctuality, I kindly ask that you keep this in mind. If you do arrive early, please notify us by sending a text or dm. Deposits Deposits made to Amar Nails are non-refundable. The deposit will go towards the total cost of your service and the remaining amount is due at your appointmnet with Cash or Zelle. The deposit can be transferred if you must reschedule but it cannot be refunded (rescheduling must be done with 24 hrs notice to apply). Cancellations / Rescheduling: To reschedule or cancel your appointment, a minimum notice of 24 hours must bet be given (reschedule/cancel in the confirmation email, text/voicemail or instagram DM Fauliure to give 24 hour notice of a transfer or cancellation will result in a lost depoit. No- call no -shows will be charged 50% of the service cost and being perminantly banned from booking, NO EXCEPTIONS Payment At Check Out your Remaining Balance Should Be Paid In: Cash, Zelle, or Tap to Pay
