Late Fee Policy Reminder After a 5‑minute grace period, a $1 per minute fee will be added to your total. Example: If you arrive 6 minutes late, your late fee will be $6. Once you reach 10 minutes late, the fee increases to $5 per minute. Example: At 11 minutes late, the fee becomes $15. If you reach 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and a 50% charge of the scheduled service will be applied. This policy protects my time, prevents delays for other clients, and ensures the schedule runs smoothly.

Surprise Soak Off

A quick reminder about soak‑offs. If you arrive at your appointment needing a soak‑off without telling me beforehand, a flat $30 soak‑off fee will be added to your service — no matter how many nails need to be removed. This fee covers the extra time required to safely remove the product, which can interfere with my schedule, other appointments, and personal commitments. This policy is in place to encourage communication so I can properly prepare and give every client the time and quality they deserve.
