Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments 48 hours before start time. 

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. After one no-show we require full payment to book again. 
However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will automatically be transferred to your future booking. 

No appointment is confirmed without a deposit. Your slot is only held for 48 hours after you have been contacted by our team, after which the system automatically deletes it to be made available for other clients. 

Please provide correct details, and a phone number that works locally + on WhatsApp.

No extra guests allowed to the appointment. Please come with no make up on. 

If you arrive so late that my next client will have to wait 20+ minutes to start then we shall have to cancel the entire appointment.
