Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments 48 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. After one no-show we require full payment to book again. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will automatically be transferred to your future booking. No appointment is confirmed without a deposit. Your slot is only held for 48 hours after you have been contacted by our team, after which the system automatically deletes it to be made available for other clients. Please provide correct details, and a phone number that works locally + on WhatsApp. No extra guests allowed to the appointment. Please come with no make up on. If you arrive so late that my next client will have to wait 20+ minutes to start then we shall have to cancel the entire appointment.

SPMU - Touch Up/Corrective Work

For existing clients only. If you have already had a treatment done by Sehreen and want a touch up or colour boost. Price includes consultation, one session and aftercare.

SPMU - Powder Ombrè Brows (2 sessions)

Powder brows is a cosmetic semi permanent makeup technique designed to create eyebrows with soft powder effect, very similar to powder makeup. Powder effect is done with a shading technique using a permanent makeup device. For clients who draw on their eyebrows everyday, this can be an amazing, beautiful solution. It is also a great alternative for clients that are not good candidates for Microblading or Combo Brows because their skin is too oily as shading is suitable for any skin type. Results last up to 2 years. Yearly touch up recommended. Price includes consultation, 2 sessions, & aftercare.

Correctional work (If you have had work done by another artist)

If you have had work done by another artist previously, it’s more difficult to achieve desired results. This is for clients who need correctional work or need me to work over previously done micropigmentation (applicable for brows, lips, eyes) Cost includes TWO sessions. Any additional sessions are charged separately.

SPMU - Microblading (2 sessions)

Microblading is a semi-permanent form of cosmetic tattooing. Brow Mapping + Shaping

Eyebrow mapping creates the brow shape and size that is correct for your face. Unlike a stencil where you use a 'pre-shaped' stencil to draw your brow shape, eyebrow mapping is specific to you, taking into consideration your features. Eyebrow shaping includes taking off excess hair using wax, tweezers or a razor - depending on clients hair thickness and skin type. We decide what is best after a consultation.
