Booking Policy Deposits & Payments • All appointments require a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. • Without a deposit, your appointment will not be booked or confirmed. • The remaining balance can be paid in cash or via bank transfer on the day of your appointment. • Appointments booked from 5:30pm onwards are classed as out-of-hours appointments and will incur an additional £5 charge. Booking Accuracy & Add-Ons • Appointments must be booked correctly, with all add-ons selected at the time of booking. • I work back-to-back with clients, so I am unable to make changes or add services last minute. • If the incorrect service is booked, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to allow the correct time. Cancellations & Rescheduling • If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new booking will require a new deposit. • No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee and will not be able to book again in the future. Late Arrivals • Please allow yourself enough time to arrive on time, as I often work back-to-back with clients. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • Arrivals later than this may result in your appointment being cancelled or charged a late fee, depending on how late you are. Plus Ones & Children • No plus ones or children are permitted at appointments. • This is an aesthetics clinic setting, and this policy is in place strictly for insurance purposes. Infills & Product Policy • I no longer offer infills. • At each appointment, approximately 90% of the old BIAB is debulked, meaning the service takes the same amount of time and uses a similar amount of product as a fresh set. Soak Off Requirement • A full soak off is required every 5 sets at the maximum to maintain nail health. • Appointments beyond this will not go ahead without a soak off being booked.
