Next Step Fitness encourages all clients to consult with a physician prior to participating in Ignite Health Span Wellness LLC's training program. By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical training and assume full responsibility for their health and well-being. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments provided they notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Next Step Fitness reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. By continuing to use our services, clients agree to abide by the most current terms.
