Tatty Tails Dog Grooming

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.  No shows will be required to pay full payment for missed appointments.  If you arrive over 15  minutes late for your appointment i may not be able to go ahead with the groom and it may need rescheduled.  This will result in the appointment being treated as a no show and full payment will be required.

While every effort will be made not to shave off a coat the dogs welfare will be my first priority and somtimes this will need to happen.  An additional fee is added to the grooming price for matted coats, i cannot be held liable for any issues discovered by shaving off matted coats or the possible side effects of this including but not limited to :itching, irratation, excessive licking or rubbing, redness or brusing.

Trudy is absolutely amazing at what she does. Today my little yorkiepoo was at Tatty tails for his first groom with Trudy and I was worried he'd play up and cause a scene as he done with a previous groomer 🤦‍♀️ but how wrong was I 😁. Oscar took to Trudy straight away and didn't even want to leave her at the end lol. Trudy gives great care,love  and attention to not only her work but to her doggy visitors too. Thank you Trudy for doing an amazing job
