Tatty Tails Dog Grooming

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. No shows will be required to pay full payment for missed appointments. If you arrive over 15 minutes late for your appointment i may not be able to go ahead with the groom and it may need rescheduled. This will result in the appointment being treated as a no show and full payment will be required. While every effort will be made not to shave off a coat the dogs welfare will be my first priority and somtimes this will need to happen. An additional fee is added to the grooming price for matted coats, i cannot be held liable for any issues discovered by shaving off matted coats or the possible side effects of this including but not limited to :itching, irratation, excessive licking or rubbing, redness or brusing.
