Fíor Beauty

At Fíor Beauty, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. As a self employed service provider, late cancellations and no-shows directly impact my ability to offer appointments to other clients.

Booking Fee.
- A booking fee is to be paid to secure your booking. These are non-refundable and non- transferable and will be deducted from the total cost of the appointment.
- Deposits will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Cancellations
- Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. 
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Same day cancellations.
-Cancellations for any reason, will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

No-Shows.
- Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.
- Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before future bookings can be accepted.

Communication
- It is the clients responsibility to notify of any cancellations or delay.
- Lack of communication does not waive the applicable fee.

Future Bookings
- Clients with unpaid cancellation or no- show fees will not be able to rebook.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.

Agreement.
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Sarah is so lovely and really great at what she does. My teenager was having her eyebrows threaded and legs waxed for the first time and Sarah explained everything before and as she was doing it and really but her at ease.
