At Fíor Beauty, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. As a self employed service provider, late cancellations and no-shows directly impact my ability to offer appointments to other clients. Booking Fee. - A booking fee is to be paid to secure your booking. These are non-refundable and non- transferable and will be deducted from the total cost of the appointment. - Deposits will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Cancellations - Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same day cancellations. -Cancellations for any reason, will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. No-Shows. - Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment cost. - Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before future bookings can be accepted. Communication - It is the clients responsibility to notify of any cancellations or delay. - Lack of communication does not waive the applicable fee. Future Bookings - Clients with unpaid cancellation or no- show fees will not be able to rebook. - Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments. Agreement. - By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
