Card on File Policy A card is required to secure your appointment only. Adding your card does NOT mean you are paying for your appointment at the time of booking. Your card is simply kept on file to reserve your appointment and protect against no-shows or late cancellations. You are still welcome to pay in person with cash, tap, card, or your preferred payment method after your service. The only time your card will be charged is if: You choose to prepay online when booking, or A charge is applied according to the cancellation/no-show policy. By booking with Versatile's Custom Cutz, you agree to the following Policies & Terms. • Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. • No-call/no-show appointments and late cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • The Versatile's Therapeutic Grooming Experience requires a 10–15 minute phone consultation before booking and a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. • Due to the private nature of this exclusive service, missed appointments or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the deposit. • To ensure a relaxing, uninterrupted experience, appointments are reserved exclusively for the scheduled client. Please silence your phone and avoid bringing additional guests unless previously approved. • Versatile Custom Cutz reserves the right to refuse service or reschedule appointments when necessary.
