✨ booking + policy terms ✨ a $15 non refundable deposit is required to book. deposits must be sent via zelle or apple pay. appointments are not accepted or confirmed until the deposit is sent and approved. (804)-845-0354 for payment sending~ a card on file is required when booking for protection purposes. your $15 deposit does go toward your total service. ⏰ late policy there is a 10 minute grace period. after 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be lost. a new deposit is required to rebook. ❗ cancellation + no show policy no shows or last minute cancellations will result in a 30% fee of the scheduled service. a new deposit is also required to book again. 💵 payments remaining balance must be paid in cash, zelle, or apple pay only. please come with the exact amount. no payments are accepted through the booking app. 🏡 environment please be mindful of the space. this is my personal home and i do have family here, so i ask that everyone is respectful and mindful during appointments. 👯‍♀️ guests One guest is allowed if necessary. 💖 fills fills must have at least 40% of lashes remaining. anything less will be considered a full set. 📍 appointment info location will be sent 2 days before your appointment. please text when you arrive and wait outside. do not knock. thank you for respecting my time and my business
