$15 non-refundable deposit is required to book directly through Goldie or you can send to 805-864-0126 (Apple Pay or Cash App) No deposit = no appointment. Remaining balance is due in cash at your appointment or card fee is $5. All deposits are non-refundable. Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a new deposit will be required. No-shows will be banned from future bookings. - 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving over 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit. Late arrivals may receive a shortened service to stay on schedule. - No extra guests unless discussed. Please arrive with clean lashes (no makeup or mascara) and avoid caffeine 2 hours before your appointment. You must be at least 17 years old and sign a consent form. Appointments will be cancelled if you arrive sick or with eye irritation for safety reasons. - No refunds. If there is an issue with your set, contact me within 48 hours for a complimentary fix or removal. After 48 hours, adjustments are charged. - For fill appointments, at least 40% of lashes must remain after removing outgrown extensions. Foreign fills may require a full set or removal, depending on condition. - By booking, you agree to all policies listed above.
