By booking with WAXNYC, you agree to these Policies & Terms. WAXNYC may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. All appointments are booked with a card required on file to secure your reservation. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full service amount. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at the technician's discretion. All services are performed in a private treatment room by appointment only, no walk-ins accepted. Clients are provided with aftercare instructions following each service and are solely responsible for any irritation, ingrown hairs, or adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
