BOOKING POLICY To schedule your appointment at vanehairstyle. WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT (WHICH WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE) IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF CANCELED . Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. If you reschedule your appointment 3 days before, your deposit will automatically be used for your next appointment. If you arrive 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. (deposit will not be returned) SPECIAL OFFERS / PROMOTIONS ONLY This category is exclusively for clients who currently have an active special or promotion. Before booking, please carefully read the policy of the purchased special. Each special applies only with the specific professional/stylist listed in the promotion. Please make sure to read all information and conditions before purchasing the special. Availability for specials: • Hair: Tuesdays only • Nails: Wednesdays only All appointments are by appointment only. Same-day appointments and walk-ins are not accepted for specials. Due to high demand and limited availability, appointments for specials may take time to become available and, in some cases, may take up to one month depending on the professional’s availability. If you would like an earlier appointment, another professional from the studio may assist you while honoring the same special price. In this case, the appointment must be booked directly through the beauty studio with the required deposit to reserve the appointment. At the time of your visit, you will only be responsible for paying the remaining difference of the honored special. The original special purchased may still be used on a future visit with the professional under whom it was originally purchased. When selecting the SPECIAL OFFERS / PROMOTIONS ONLY category, no deposit is required since this category only applies to clients who already purchased a special. However, if you would like to be seen sooner by another professional from the studio, you must book under the regular service categories and submit the required deposit. On the day of your appointment, the amount already paid toward your special will be credited, and you will only pay the remaining balance of the honored special. By booking under this category, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all these conditions. SPECIALES / SOLO PROMOCIONES Esta categoría es exclusivamente para clientes que tienen algún especial o promoción activa. Antes de reservar, por favor lee cuidadosamente la póliza del especial adquirido. Cada especial aplica únicamente con la persona/profesional que aparece especificada en la promoción. Asegúrate de leer toda la información y condiciones antes de comprar el especial. Disponibilidad para especiales: • Cabello: solo martes • Uñas: solo miércoles Todas las citas son únicamente con cita previa. No aceptamos citas el mismo día ni walk-ins para especiales. Debido a la alta demanda y disponibilidad limitada, las citas para especiales pueden tardar en estar disponibles y en algunos casos, pueden demorarse hasta un mes según la disponibilidad del profesional. Si deseas una cita más pronto, otra profesional del studio puede atenderte honorándote el mismo precio del especial. En ese caso, el servicio deberá ser reservado directamente en el beauty studio dejando el depósito correspondiente para reservar el espacio. Al momento de tu cita, únicamente se cobrará la diferencia restante del especial que se te está honorando. El especial originalmente comprado podrá ser utilizado en una próxima visita con el profesional bajo el cual fue adquirido. Cuando seleccione la Categoría SPECIAL OFFERS / PROMOTIONS ONLY Esta categoría no requiere depósito, ya que aplica únicamente para clientes que ya compraron un especial. Sin embargo, si deseas ser atendida antes con otra profesional del studio, deberás reservar desde las categorías regulares y realizar el depósito correspondiente. El día de tu cita, se te descontará el valor ya pagado en tu especial y solo pagarás la diferencia restante Del especial que se te está honorando. Al reservar en esta categoría, confirmas que leíste, entendiste y aceptaste todas estas condiciones.
