Policy and Terms

Please note that we now accept credit cards WITH a 3% service fee. 

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours BEFORE start time. 

Any cancellations less than 24 hours may require a $25 fee before rescheduling or added to the next appointment at the discretion of each stylist. 

If you are 15 minutes or more late to an appointment, at the discretion of the stylist, your appointment will be rescheduled. 

Effective January 2027 the cancellation fee will be 50% of the service scheduled or required payment BEFORE rescheduling. Again, this is at the discretion of the stylist.
