I've been going to U Got Nails for a while now and I usually Sunny does my pedi.  She is always prompt, courteous and very friendly.  I enjoy my hour there at U Got Nails.

This is my third time coming here & I love them. I love their prices. It’s low but they give you the best customer service & they take time doing your nails to the way you want it. I love how they give me advice on how to keep my legs soft. Ive been in Hilo since December so finding them was such a blessing. Will keep coming back here!

My experience went really well with my first time at this salon. The owner and coworkers were very kind hearted and welcomed me. The lady that did my nails made me feel really comfortable and she did an awesome job on my nails. Thank you guys so much for your great customer service

I’d like to thank Nani for my first ever nail salon experience. As a preschool teacher you often forget to take some time to enjoy the simple things in life. I got a mani and pedi and it was so much fun I forgot how it felt to be pampered. I’d recommend Nani 💜 definitely booking again :)

Heidi does an excellent job attending to my ingrown toenails. No pain, no gain. I can go a whole month without suffering from my ingrown toenails. I appreciate her skills.

I made an appt online for 5pm with Amber. I got there about 4:50p, checked in and waited. I waited for an hour, no one let me know how much longer or where Amber was… at 6pm after no communication I just left the store. I was very disappointed with the lack of service and communication.

Sunny was very friendly and professional. She did an excellent job on my pedicure and manicure.  She didn't try to up sale additional services. I had a very pleasant experience.  I already booked another appointment with Sunny next month.

Heidi was courteous and very good at her skill. Definitely will return!


Mai is amazing!  Once I tell Mai of any upcoming events, she helps pick out the most amazing colors for my nails.  She does gel nails and they last longer than usual.  Mai is so very polite and fun to talk with while working on my nails.  I will definitely keep going to Mai!

My daughter and I were able to book same day appointments online. We went in for pedicures and shellac and gel nails; my daughter was  MIA, I was with Sunny. Everyone was super friendly and professional. The salon is clean and tidy and the prices are reasonable. I have finally found a place to get my nails done after months of trying other salons.  I definitely recommend U Got Nail.
