📌 Treasury Braiding – Policies & Terms Deposits: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total balance and ensures your spot is held. Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. If canceled within this window, you will not be charged the remaining balance — however, your deposit will not be refunded. No-Shows & Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, you may be required to pay a fee or pay in full for future bookings. Rescheduling: You are allowed one reschedule without penalty, as long as it’s done at least 24 hours before your original appointment time. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
