Charlotte is a fantastic groomer and is so patient , friendly and caring. My Cockapoo Maisy always looks and smells amazing after her visits and Charlotte grooms her exactly as I ask . 
The salon is a spacious , calm and clean space for the dogs . Fantastic all round.

Charlotte does a fabulous job with our miniature Yorkie Lola.

My Toy Poodle Dave, has not had many pleasant experiences at the groomers.  This changed today, he loved Charlotte at The Suffolk Dog Lounge.

Charlotte spent time with him before the appointment, getting to know him and putting him at ease so much that he didn't even realise I had left!

Charlotte has done an amazing job, it is the best he has looked, would highly recommend!

We have been taking our cockapoo to Charlotte for a while now and I have to say she does an amazing job and Luna is always excited to see her!

Luna had her first groom with Charlotte today after having a teeth clean previously. Charlotte is absolutely fantastic with Luna who was initially slightly nervous. Charlotte asked exactly how much I wanted taken off Luna as I like to keep her looking quite natural. Luna came out smelling festive, looking lovely and tidy. Most importantly wagging her tail happily. Added sweet touch of a Christmas bandanna and treats was very thoughtful. 100% recommend 

Charlotte is fantastic with my very high maintenance dog, Frank. Frank used to hate going to the groomers but since going to Charlotte he is happy to go and comes away relaxed.

I have needed my nails clipped for a while, and my owner doesn't have a lot of time and has disabilities - so it isn't easy to schedule appointments way in advance. It was my first trip here, Charlotte was fabulous and put me at my ease, clipped my nails with no fuss. I am trying to get my owner to put  a wash and blow dry in the diary!!!

Charlotte is very professional and polite, my Cockapoo Toby loves his groom every 8weeks although he greets her with an excited wee everytime he enters the room 🤦🏻‍♀️ 
He comes out smelling lovely and his groom is amazing Charlotte takes great pride in her work and tries her very best to accomodate our requests.

A truly professional grooming session. My dog has the disability of being elderly and blind.  She was treated with extreme patience and consideration.  I felt confident leaving her for the groom, knowing she would receive a personalised groom acknowledging her needs.
