This applies to all appointments, including walk-ins. • We accept deposits via gift cards, credit cards, and electronic payments. • The pearl Serenity Spa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made as early as possible. • We offer a 90% refund on deposits for cancellations made with adequate notice.
