If you are sick, please reschedule asap. I understand, and I thank you for understanding when I’m sick too. No fees will be applied, because duh. Cancellations- please let me know asap, and at least 24 hours in advance. Day-of cancellations will require a $55 fee, due before your next appointment. I only get paid when my clients show up, so please just let me know so I can try to fill your spot. Late appointments push all of my clients behind. 15 min late will only allow us to do a solid color. Later than 15 will be considered a no-show ($55 fee) and will need to be rescheduled. Children- please leave babies and kids at home. No deposit is required when booking an appointment. A card on file is required to secure your spot, and won’t be charged unless in the case of a no-show ($55). Note: I am friendly and flexible! I know life happens, and sometimes things get in the way. Please just stay in contact with me and I will work with you! Thanks!
