THEH4IR.GALLERY Hair Braiding Services — Policies & Terms Thank you for choosing TheH4ir.Gallery! Please read all policies carefully before booking. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed below. 💰 DEPOSIT POLICY * A $15 non-refundable deposit is required immediately after booking to secure your appointment. * Your appointment is not officially secured until the deposit is received. * If the deposit is not paid, your appointment may be cancelled or given to another client. ⏰ LATE POLICY Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will result in an additional fee: * 10+ minutes late: $5 late fee * 15+ minutes late: $10 late fee * 20+ minutes late: $15 late fee * 25+ minutes late: $20 late fee * 30+ minutes late: Appointment will be automatically cancelled and marked as a No Call/No Show. Please communicate with me if you know you are going to be late. Communication does not automatically remove the late fee. 🚨 NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY * A No Call/No Show means missing your appointment without contacting me beforehand. * After 3 No Call/No Shows, you will be blocked from booking future appointments with TheH4ir.Gallery. * Deposits are not refundable for No Call/No Show appointments. ✨ SQUEEZE-INS * Squeeze-in appointments are accepted when availability allows. * A $20 squeeze-in fee will be added to the service total. * Squeeze-ins must be approved before booking. 💵 PRICING * Service prices are set based on the time, materials, and work required. * I am willing to negotiate reasonable prices depending on the style and circumstances. * Any agreed-upon price must be confirmed before the appointment to avoid confusion. 📱 BOOKING SITE ISSUES If the booking site is unavailable or experiencing technical issues, you may DM me on Instagram to inquire about booking.
