💳 Deposits and Payments: A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is necessary to confirm your booking. This must be sent through VENMO 4 hours PRIOR to booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash at the time of service. VENMO | $bonitaboutiquee 🚫 NO Call/NO Shows: In the event of a no call/no show, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service will be charged in order to reschedule. Subsequent occurrences will incur the full price of the service for future appointments. 📖 Need To Know: I don't work on top of other technicians' work. To avoid additional charges, come with a clean face, no makeup, oil, or cleaner lashes. Remove your contact lenses before lash application, or come without them. 📇 Cancellations: Clients have up to 24 hours prior to their appointment to cancel without incurring any fees. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours. ⏰ Running Late?: Please ensure prompt communication in case of lateness to appointments. Kindly reschedule if running late, and note that a fee of $15 will be added for delays exceeding 5 minutes. Failure to communicate and arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled time will result in cancellation of the appointment, with a charge of 50% of the service fee (excluding any prior deposit).
