The Royal Treatment Pet Spa and Salon may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please be available at your home to begin the appointment onsite as arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.
