Balance is due on appointment day. Deposits can be transferred once within 30 days. Appts. without a secured deposit 48 hours prior will be canceled. Cancellations: We are committed to providing exceptional service and meeting our clients' needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Photo & Video: The Natural Crown uses photos and video recordings of clients for promotional and educational purposes related to hair and spa services. Late Policy: A 5-minute grace period is allowed; a $15 late fee applies if you are 6+ minutes late. Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in cancellation, forfeiting your deposit, and a charge of 50% of the service total. Client Preparation: Clients must arrive with detangled hair and previous color treatments at least 14 days old. If these requirements are not met, the service will be canceled, and 50% of the total scheduled amount will be charged to the card on file. Extra Guest Policy: To ensure comfort and privacy, additional visitors are not allowed. Only the client receiving services may attend. One (1) parent or guardian can accompany minors. No small children or additional guests are permitted.
