By booking with The Mobile RN Paducah, you agree to these Policies & Terms. NEW PATIENTS : ALL New patients are subject to a new patient appointment, which is a short visit with our nurse practitioner during your first visit with us. This new patient visit costs $25, and will be added to the cost of your first appointment with us. We reserve the right to renew your new patient appointment, even if you are not a new patient, every few months or if your health significantly changes, to maintain legality within the state where we practice. RESCHEDULING: The Mobile RN Paducah may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible by texting (270) 681-0007; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

Ketoralac is an excellent choice for mild to moderate pain relief, and also has anti-inflammatory properties. Ketoralac can be given as an IM Injection, or as part of an existing IV treatment. Ondansetron is primarily used in the treatment of nausea and vomiting. This can be given as a stand-alone shot (IM) or as an add-on to an IV bag. Lip Flip

A Lip Flip is a quick procedure where we inject a few units of Botox or Xeomin (at Mobile RN, we typically use Xeomin) into a couple of targeted spots with the goal of relaxing the muscles in your upper lip, giving the illusion of fullness and reducing the appearance of a gummy smile without using filler. You may be a good candidate for a lip flip if you have a thinner upper lip, or if your gums show significantly when you smile in photos! We can curate a fun look of your choosing, either all with one color, or with mixed and matched colors. Your choice of tied in, or fastened with a bead. We can play with your options and decide! Tinsel can be done on almost any age, and I am happy to do kids or mommy and me sets.

I'll install one strand of tinsel into the hair, in a color of your choice from the colors I have available! This can be done to someone of any age - I am happy to do mommy and me sets!
