Cancellation/Changes: If you need to change or cancel your appointment I require 48 hours minimum notice to be able to offer out the appointment again. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice full payment will be required. If you fail to attend your appointment full payment will also be required. Deposits are non refundable and only transferable to another day once. The rest of the payment is to be paid on the day via bank transfer, card or cash. If you are more than 10 minutes late I will be unable to carry out the service and full payment will be required. If you need to cancel an appointment please contact me directly.
