Policy and Terms

the brow + beauty haus | Booking Policies By booking an appointment with the brow + beauty haus, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required for individual appointments and service packages or series, where applicable. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made within 24 hours are considered late cancellations and will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-Shows Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total. Future appointments may require prepayment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment. Applicable cancellation fees may apply. Refunds & Results All completed services are non-refundable. Results vary based on individual skin, hair, preparation, aftercare, and other factors. Concerns must be communicated promptly so they can be evaluated individually. Appointment Changes The brow + beauty haus reserves the right to reschedule or decline services when necessary, including for safety concerns, contraindications, or unforeseen circumstances. Communication Business inquiries and appointment requests should be made through approved business communication channels during business hours. By confirming your appointment, you agree to these policies.
