Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by The Beauty Social Club. We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy.  

A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.  

No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. I’m sincerely impressed with Erykah and she has replaced my current stylist after over 15 plus years!   The salon is a vibe, it’s clean and exclusive.  She worked with my hair (which has a kind of its own) with professional care and her ideas matched my instruction's.  I can’t wait to return and I plan to go more often because she is reasonably priced.

She welcomed me & made me feel comfortable as if I’ve known her forever. She was very caring, gentle, professional & fast.
