By booking an appointment with NAILS BY ANNIE XO, you acknowledge and agree to our policies and terms. All gel services include a 5-day warranty. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows but may be applied to future bookings when rescheduling. Changes to your appointment require 48-24 hours' notice to avoid additional charges. 


Please inform your nail technician of any current products allergies. For your safety and comfort, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone, without extra guests. If you feel unwell, please reschedule promptly. A soak-off is mandatory for clients with a previous foreign set before receiving a new one.
