Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of the booking fee/deposit.

Clients who do not attend their appointment (no-show) without prior notice will forfeit their booking fee/deposit and may be required to make an additional payment before booking any future appointments.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.
