Appointment Policy – Please Read Before Booking This is a home-based salon. The full address will be sent upon confirmation of your appointment. Please respect the space as a professional environment. ⸻ Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure every booking and it can be transferred to this account 👇🏾. Threse Sintim-Aboagye Santander Bank Acct no: 64787722 Sort code: 09-01-28 • No deposit = no appointment. • The remaining balance is due in cash or bank transfer on the day of your appointment. • Deposits are non-transferable to another date unless rescheduling is done with enough notice (see below). ⸻ Lateness • You are allowed a 15-minute grace period. • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or charged a late fee of £10. • If you are 30+ minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled automatically, and the deposit will be lost. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • No-shows will be banned from booking again. • You are allowed one reschedule per appointment (with enough notice). ⸻ No Extra Guests • No friends, children, or plus-ones are allowed unless they are being serviced. • This is for safety, space, and to maintain a calm environment. ⸻ Clean Hair Policy • Please arrive with your hair clean and product-free. There is a risk of appointment being cancelled if hair is dirty as I do not provide wash services. ⸻ Photos & Content • By booking, you consent to photos/videos of your hair being taken for content purposes. • Let me know if you prefer not to be recorded or shown online (your privacy is respected). ⸻ By booking with me, you are agreeing to all terms above.
