By booking with Sycamore Pawlor pet grooming, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Sycamore Parlor may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible with no 30% charge. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment, as a late arrival will be rescheduled. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we would appreciate it if you could do so at least 48 hours in advance; cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a charge of 30% of the appointment's cost.
