Sunshine Pet Grooming Spa provides gentle, professional dog and cat grooming in Jacksonville Beach. We offer baths, full grooming, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and personalized care in a clean, calm, and stress-free environment. Our goal is to help every pet look and feel their best

Policy and Terms

Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Sunshine Pet Grooming Spa. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.
