Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Deposits are transferable once. Cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. No shows/cancellations within 24hours require full payment. By booking, clients agree to adhere to these policies.
