By booking or receiving services with Savhanna Styles at Studio940, you acknowledge and agree to the following: **Appointment Times** Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. There are currently no cancellation fees; however, repeated no-shows, excessive lateness, or repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit before future appointments can be booked. **Professional Environment** I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all guests. Harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, intoxication, inappropriate conduct, or disruptive behavior toward me, salon staff, or other guests may result in refusal or termination of service. **Honest Consultation** Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding previous chemical services, allergies, medications, skin conditions, sensitivities, and hair history. I cannot guarantee results when information is withheld or inaccurate. **Waxing & Skin Services** Clients must disclose use of retinoids, Retin-A, Accutane, chemical peels, or other skin-thinning treatments before any waxing service. Waxing may be declined for safety reasons. **Minors** Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to consent to services. **Pricing & Service Changes** Service pricing is based on time, product usage, hair length, density, and complexity. If the requested service differs from what was booked, pricing and appointment length may be adjusted, or the service may need to be rescheduled. **Photography, Video & Social Media** Before-and-after photos may be taken to document services. I may use video recording at my station for safety, quality assurance, and dispute resolution. Photos or video will only be used for marketing or social media with your permission. I respect client privacy and will not share personal information. **Satisfaction Policy** Client satisfaction is important to me. Any concerns regarding a service should be communicated within 7 days of the appointment so that reasonable corrective measures can be discussed. Refunds are not guaranteed for completed services. **Health & Safety** For the health and safety of all guests, I reserve the right to refuse service to clients with contagious conditions, active infections, lice, open wounds in service areas, or any condition that could compromise safety. **Children & Guests** For safety reasons, children and guests accompanying clients must remain supervised at all times. I reserve the right to limit additional guests when necessary. **Personal Property** Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. **Liability** While every effort is made to provide safe and professional services, results may vary based on hair condition, previous chemical history, home care, and individual factors. By receiving services, clients acknowledge these inherent risks. **Right to Refuse Service** I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for health and safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, failure to follow salon policies, unrealistic expectations, or any circumstance that may compromise professional standards. **Payment** Payment is due upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking or service. **Agreement** By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies. Failure to comply may result in refusal of future services.
