To secure your appointment, I require a deposit of 50% of the appointment cost. This deposit is non-refundable in case of a last-minute cancellation or no-show. However, if you provide me with atleast 48 hours' notice, I can transfer the deposit to a new appointment time. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide me with at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, if you fail to do so you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. NO SHOW If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide me with any prior notice, you will be charged a no show fee of 100% of the appointment cost. This fee has to be paid in full before you can book for your next appointment. If payment is not made within a reasonable time, you may be blocked from making a future booking. TARDINESS I understand that sometimes unexpected situations may cause you to arrive late for your scheduled appointment. However, please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate you and may need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay a new deposit to secure your next booking. AFTERHOURS If you wish to book an appointment outside of open hours, please contact me to see if I can accommodate you. I may charge a late night booking fee which will be discussed with you before booking your appointment. For any after hours appointment, 100% of the appointment cost will be required in advance to secure booking. These payments are non-refundable.
