By booking an appointment with styledbynadia, you consent to receiving services from a cosmetology student and acknowledge that pricing is based on the school's rates. 
FORMS & COMMUNICATION
Clients must complete all necessary forms promptly for appointment approval; failure to do so within 2 days will result in an automatic decline. Accurate contact information must be provided for effective communication. 
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit is required upon appointment approval and pricing agreement, due on the day the appointment is confirmed. Location details will be provided once the appointment is approved as one is home-based and other school-based. All appointments will have 5 minute grace period.  There is a $10 late fee that may be applied and paid at start of appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours necessitates a new deposit. No-call no-shows or cancellations within 3 hours of the appointment will result in an inability to book future appointments.
CONSULTATIONS & COLOR CORRECTIONS
Most color services include consultation time at your appointment.
For major color corrections, a prior in-person consultation with strand test is required to ensure desired result is achievable and safe. If you are unsure whether your service is a major or minor transformation, please complete our Quote Request Form. Our team will review your hair history, photos, and goals to determine the appropriate service and consultation requirements.
