By booking with Soapy Paws, you agree to these Policies & Terms. 1. Your dog is healthy and not showing signs of illness(if your dog has a medical condition let the groomer know) 2. In case of an emergency your dog will be taken to a vets, and you will be liable for expenses unless it can be clearly proven groomers responsible 3. You must provide your correct contact details and be contactable by telephone during the whole time your pet is in our care 4. The groomer my use photos of your dog on social media unless requested not to 5. Abusive or hostile behaviours towards the groomer won’t be tolerated 6. If fleas are found upon your dog during the appointment they will be treated in flea shampoo and there will be an additional charge of £5 7. No show appointments will be a loss of deposit 8. The welfare of the dog won’t be compromised in order to achieve a style of groom therefore we will not dematt your dog. If your dog is matted there will be an additional charge of £10 9. Cancelling or rearranging your groom within 49ers of the appointment will incur in a loss of deposit 10. We reserve the right to refuse or stop the groom mid-way through if the groomer or your dog is at risk of injury due to your dogs behaviour- this will result in the groom still being paid in full 11. If you’re running late let the groomer know asap. Late arrivals may mean your appointment needs rescheduling and will be classed as a no show incurring a loss of deposit 12. If the groomer is at risk of being bitten a muzzle may be used to ensure the safety of the groomer and dog. If this compromises your dogs welfare at any point the groomer will be stopped and your dog will be sent home 13. Payment is accepted in cash or card. Remainder of pay must be made at the time of collection. 14. Prices of services are subject to change. It’s your responsibility to check the price of your groom beforehand. There will be best attempt to let you know. 15. You must collect your dog at the time arranged with your groomer. Contact the groomer if you’re running late. 16.
